  1. seems rather fitting for a monastery, though we have one here that is quite ornate (but much smaller).

    • This is not properly the monastery but a building facing it. Anyway it is from the same period (XVI century) with the architectonic language of Renaissance, being Philip II King of Spain, who ordered to build the monastery that was considered during many years the eighth wonder of the world!
Otger day I’ll post an image of the monastery. I’m sure you’ll like it! 🙂

  2. Remarkable that you can capture the beauty of a brick building.

    • Hi Diana. It’s a pleasure to see you by here. In this case, it’s a stone building, but beautiful too! Please see my recent post “Come, light, come” and you’ll see the inside of a wonderful brick building. I’m sure you will enjoy.

Hope to see you soon, 🙂
